Hi, I'm Tai. The reason I'm leading this journey is pretty personal.
My Papa passed away when I was eight, and he was full of stories I never got to hear. I really wish I could hear his voice again, to understand the world he lived in and the man he was. It's the same for the great-grandparents I never got to meet—knowing their stories are gone for good is a heavy feeling.
That feeling is the whole reason my mum, Lian, came up with StorySmith. She had the vision but not the time, and I was looking for something meaningful to pour my energy into. When she asked if I wanted to take the lead, it just felt right.
So now, I'm building The Spoken Legacy for my Papa. I'm building it for the ancestors I never knew. And I'm building it for your family, so you can have the recordings I wish I had.
